Everything was great but the service was so bad, the guy seemed the least interested in taking our orders. I came in with a couple people who were not from India and they got a really bad impression of the service.

congested place First there was no one to seat you , the. they insisted that I sit on the baar since it's Karoeke night even when there were plenty of empty tables when I came Then they gave me a table after two odd hours into service the Manager I think , suddenly comes to me and also me vacate my table as it was reserved he claimed really pathetic then the whole evening he was bragging about how good his bar iss and how he runs Delhis Number one Bar..I mean I dnt see anything more than a College canteen in this place Nothing like a smart Bar more like a over hyped Theka The service was super slow and Pathetic only one lady from Northeast has some sense and came to take orders rest were pretending as if they are the Kings and are doing a favour by serving patrons j If anyone noticed most of the verified reviews are bad , and rest are probably fake reviews

I never got to try the food because we were never seated. We waited for a long time while other groups, especially couples and groups of women, appeared to be seated ahead of us. As two men, we felt we were repeatedly overlooked despite the long wait. We had also paid a ₹50 reservation fee, which ended up being wasted since we were never given a table. Unfortunately, we left without being seated, so I can’t comment on the food.

Really bad experience bad service, the management do not know how to handle the crowds, they overbook the place and then refuse to honour reservation. had a district reservation and it was not honoured. Why are you showing open reservation slots if you are not going to honour them.

The service is always horrible. I booked a table and they still always tell you that there’s never one available. My 5th-6th experience of this same issue. The management is extremely rude and not accommodating.
