It was a good experience overall. served by Ms. Rani. she was polite and professional. food- 9/10 (had a salad) drink- 10/10 (spicy guava mary) loved it. ambience was 10/10

The experience was extremely disappointing. The ACs were not functioning properly, and the washroom facilities were non-operational. We were asked to step outside to use the washroom, which was highly inconvenient. The service was very poor. We had to wait over 30 minutes for most dishes, and even for basic requests like water, we had to call the staff multiple times. Despite being a large group, there was no attentiveness or sense of hospitality. The overall experience was far from welcoming and did not meet expectations at all.

We asked about Zomato offer but they did not book us or told us to book to avail the big discount. This really a bad way of fooling the client by not telling us to book through app. Most importantly we did ask about the discount and they know we want discount. Shame on the way to make extra 3000.
