Yesterday I went to United Coffee House, a place suggested to me by one of my special friends, where he asked me to suggest many things, out of which I had Sharma Ji Dabba, Burmese Curry Samosa and Palak Patta. It was really good.all staff was very helpful and polite i love this ambience i also suggest you go and try it .

Classic old school fantastic. Good food good service. Their brand outlets sadly can’t compare with the original CP joint 😮💨

I found that the food quality has significantly declined. We ordered items like Manchurian, spring rolls, noodles and more. The Manchurian was completely dry and lacked flavor, and the spring rolls were disappointing. I visited before too but this time it was disappointing.

I would not recommend visiting this place on a weekend, especially if you're dining with family and young children. The front-desk staff were highly unprofessional and showed little consideration for families. First they demanded that all the people should be present to take a table, even after mentioning the group consists of small kids and there are kids and they are walking from the parking lot. Then despite our group consisting of seven people, including children, the manager informed us that only a table for six was available and said, "If you want, take it; otherwise, CP has a lot of other options." These were his exact words. What was disappointing was not just the lack of accommodation, but the dismissive attitude toward customers. A family with children should not be made to feel like an inconvenience. There may be better alternatives in the area if you're looking for courteous service and a family-friendly experience. Visit at your own discretion.

Heart breaking to say the least. We as a family have been going to UCH for now over 40 years. Never has such apathetic treatment been rendered to us. We have religiously been loyal customers of UCH CP every single Saturday since I remember. Although last few times, the coffee was not the best but on requesting the staff (most of the old staff know us), they did their best. However, today on our visit, we were served spoilt rancid smelly wafers. When I told the server (probably someone new), he promptly picked up the wafers and never returned. When I asked the "manager", a Mr. Gaurav about it, he said "hata toh diye aapke table se", to which I said that why are serving spoilt food and then not even replenishing it, he just replied with "okay ma'am" and left. I did not pick it up further because maybe with new staff UCH is keen on getting new customers and leaving behind the old loyalists.

Very disappointing billing practice at United Coffee House, Connaught Place. They added a “Discretionary Staff Contribution” (₹154.44) without asking for my consent. Service charge in India is completely optional as per consumer guidelines, and restaurants cannot force customers to pay it. On top of that, they charged GST on the service charge, which is extremely questionable because service charge is meant to be a voluntary tip, not a taxable service. This kind of billing practice feels misleading and unfair to customers. Always check your bill carefully before paying and ask them to remove the service charge if you don’t agree to it. Consumers should be aware of their rights and restaurants should maintain transparent billing pract

I usually do not give feedback, but today I felt it was important to share my experience. The kebab served today was not cooked properly and lacked the expected taste and texture. There was also an unusual and odd flavor, which made it difficult to enjoy the dish. I'm not sure whether this was due to the product used or an issue during preparation, but the overall quality was not up to the mark. And yes, before anyone asks why I didn't mention it at the restaurant itself — I was feeling a bit shy to say it there 😂. Requesting the team to please review the product and cooking process to ensure better quality and consistency in the future.
