It was my birthday and thought this place would be as good as the united in cp. Once we drank our soup,we got our food and it was not the type we thought. Even though we tried it but still it was not good and a little sweet

We felt rushed throughout our meal. The staff repeatedly came to our table and to several others around us asking if they could clear the plates, even though we still had food and drinks left to finish. It made the entire dining experience feel uncomfortable and hurried. The management should train the staff to be more attentive to guests’ pace instead of rushing them out. Very disappointing service.

As soon as I walked with family The staff at the concierge clearly denied that they have not confirmed the booking. When I showed them the ‘confirmed’ message, they said house rules apply. This incident clearly shows the UNPROFESSIONALISM , UNPLEASANT AND UNETHICAL HOSPITALITY. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food is not at all of a level it should be - given the stature of the restaurant. It was not only tasteless but served mildly warm - ordered for Tomato basil soup it was full of oil/butter, pizza served cold , avocado dev puri - bland ( no taste) had to ask for tamarind sauce to have some taste- fries super oily

We walked in for a quick sip of coffee but to our surprise it was a total disappointment. A normal mocha/latte was not having enough coffee shot. Even the pull apart jalapeno and cheese bread doesn't have a tinch of jalapeno. In my defence, UCH should drop coffee from there menu and name for obvious reasons.

Average food, and felt like waste of money. Their CP outlet is much better in taste and pricing too. Will avoid next time.

A very bad experience with the staff and food. The staff and the manager were very very rude Not recommended.
