Went to celebrate my friend's birthday. Excellent food especially our favourite tomato fish and english fish and chips! Loved the service...only I wished for good airconditioning...that must be looked into...

Cold coffee with ice cream is so overrated. Service is quite slow even when the rush wasn’t much.

Food was okay, service could be improved… The staff seems to be perpetually in a state of rush.. Worst and most unethical part is including ‘Discretionary Staff Contribution’ in the bill without customers’ consent..

Even if there is below one star rating i will give that . I & my relative wanted to have good coffee . Coffee was shitty off my relative. Mine was cappacinno serving was a spilled cup & plate dirty . The spring rolls felt like the oil was reused & the smell was overpowering . I had sizzler potata fitata which was okayish but not that great . I got bad stomach pain at the night of the day i went to this place after eating the shitty food. Infront of us 2 utensils broke by the staff too so it was all chaotic . Such a shitty experience.

pathetic food and attitude of the staff. luckily ordered only three items else would have been so much more disappointed. show stopper was fish ajwani tikka. it was dry to the core. when informed the staff, they were blunt enough to say that it's made of frozen fish. and yahi milta hai yahan. the pasta was kept on the shelf for sometime and was reheated, even then it was ok. the chicken65 was bad too...shame to its original recepie. i understood why this restaurant has dropped in ratings. pathetic experience to say the least.

we asked for a Dry Manchurian and with gravy was served when we highlighted the same was served again in a different dish with less gravy. attempt to pass on as it is. this is not appreciated.the resturant should have owned up

The resturant didn’t even have wet wipes and upon asking the manger mr Chitranjan mentioned that they don’t have anything and thier stock is over neither did they arrange for finger bowls
