Best place to hangout when you are around New Friends Colony. Attended there magical Sufi night, it was so good. The food and drinks totally stole my heart. Chilli garlic fish, badami soya chaap and cottage cheese momos- all were so damn amazing. Chatta mary and peach spritzer mocktails were refreshing and just superb. What an amazing night we had.

If you're looking to unwind or enjoy a lively night out, Upgrade Kitchen and Bar is the place to be. The music, lighting, and bar menu are all outstanding. They offer a great variety on the food menu, and everything tastes spot-on. Quick service and great hospitality—will definitely be coming back!

One of the Worst Restaurant Experiences – Misleading Offers, Rude Manager & Terrible Hospitality! Honestly, this restaurant was a complete disappointment from start to finish. We visited specifically to avail the advertised discount, only to be asked to pay more than the expected offer price. What is the point of promoting attractive offers if customers are made to deal with excuses and demands for additional money when they actually arrive? If a restaurant cannot honour its advertised offers transparently, it should not use them to attract customers in the first place. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the manager. The restaurant barely had any customers , there were literally only one or two other customers there , and yet the way we were treated was as though we were inconveniencing them by simply being there. The level of arrogance and the complete lack of basic hospitality were genuinely unbelievable. When a customer takes the time to visit your establishment, the bare minimum you can offer is respectful treatment and honest communication, not a rude attitude and an unpleasant interaction over pricing. The entire place had a shady, unwelcoming vibe, the service was below average, and the food was nothing particularly impressive either. There was absolutely nothing about the overall experience that justified the attitude we encountered. From the manager’s behaviour to the disappointing food and the confusion surrounding the offer, everything fell short of expectations. What I find most astonishing is that, despite having so few customers, the establishment still seemed to have no interest in making the people who actually walked in feel welcome. When a restaurant is practically empty, you would expect it to make an extra effort to retain customers , not treat them with arrogance and leave them regretting their decision to visit. A STRONG WARNING TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: Do not be tempted by the advertised discounts alone. Confirm the exact offer conditions and final payable amount before placing your order. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. The poor service, rude management, unpleasant atmosphere, mediocre food, and lack of pricing transparency made this visit absolutely not worth it. There are plenty of restaurants that offer better food, better service, and basic respect for their customers. I would rather spend my money somewhere that actually values its customers than return to a place like this.

It was such a bad experience i went there to enjoy and get some drinks with my partner there ambience is okay but the music is very slow and the most worst experience i had in my life is this one I don’t know why they started changing all the seats here and there and the sound is making us really uncomfortable and they stopped the music i told them to little increase the volume but they said we are testing the audio at midnight 12 am if they are testing then what they are doing in day time and they told me that closing time is 1 30 you have to go if that’s the case then why you guys are making noise of arranging sofa and chairs it is worst place i will never recommend anyone to go there if you want to save your night go to any other place dont go there they just show you offers and one more thing i have 2 complimentary ice cream voucher i showed them but they dont know about this I Would like to make a request to district app that why it happens if you said book a table prior and you get 2 cups of ice cream but there they dont know anything.
