absolutely pathetic people managing this hotel… no sense of ownership, no responsibility, no empathy towards customer… they don’t answer calls and have the audacity to tell valets to let the customer cancel their orders… i have ordered few times and it always took more than an hour whereas this is just few blocks away from my place… i waited for 75 plus minutes for my order to reach and then later they informed valet to let me cancel the order … if they were overbooked, why did they accept order in the first place? and most irritating is their lack of empathy and responsibility towards not updating customers! least expected from someone serving in the hospitality industry

If you r Going to think catering services then Don't . They are totally unproffessional and they don,t have complete set up for catering. They will take order from you and give to small vendor . like tandor wala , tent wala and halwai . If you order for food for 100 people they prepare for 90 people only. In last while settlement of payment give blame eachother. If you give time they reach 1hr late .

Really Disappointed from this restaurant order. I ordered dinner but what i see, Roti quality was too poor along with Daal. Ordered large gulab jamun and they served smallest one. Whatever they are showing the image in zomato portal, received order is totally different and worst. Pathetic service.

Zomato ko is restaurant ko hta hi dena chaiye.. 80 rs ki half plate spring roll mein 4 pieces and itne tight or basi ki dant se tut bhi ni re.. poor quality, bhut hi jyada bekar, basi khana de re hai pta nhi kbka... paneer lababdar or Naan bhi gahtiya quality ke hai..

Really I want to give rating in minus but there is no option dear friends requst plz not give order from this outlet it's is totally lost of money deal I complant that's outlet that's guys say o refund u but when u hungry it's not about money. Totally waste of money

Pls don’t order food from this .. they are cheaters .. you will order for 600 RS and will get items something different and worth of 6 Rs They every time send different items and on complaining they disconnect the phone

Totally waste of money. If you take anything from this restaurant. It would be Better that go to any Amritsari Naan thela, I am sure much better as comparison to this restaurant. They are making fool to us actually.

This third class restaurant. They always send wrong items if ordered them from ZOMATO. Even they send left in stock food to customer at night if you order them.

aalu praj Paratha order kia tha par mila maida ki Naan or Sach bataun toh mood ki kharab ho gaya isse Acha mai Maggie Bana ke khaleta mood hi kharab Kar diya

Third class food. Owner doesn't have manners to talk to customer. Hung up the call. Too oily and spicy dal. Naan as hard as wood.
