HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Please don't waste your time visitng this restaurant. They advertise on Zomato like they're 4 star hotel and which led me visit there with my family. We're 11 people and even though my table was prebooked - they gave us table after 20 minutes. And that's not it... We all waited for like 1.5 hours to get our initial order of basic things like soup and some snacks. Which eventually came after 1.5 hours all cold, uncooked and as if they're doing some favour on us while giving the food. The quantity was extremely less - like 1 potion was not even enough for 1 kid. After we complained to their manager - RAVI, he was soo rude and impolite on this - and his answer was - this is the way we work, we serve and that much time is what we take usually to prepare our food. 1.5 hours!!! Seriously!!! Even the another manager (i don't know the name of this person) but he was also very rude. We all had to leave the place after we had a conversation with this RAVI person because that's not how Hospitality business works and we were not there to get disrespected. But, ultimately that ruined our Evening. To the hotel owner and management - please don't t advertise your hotel like 4 star if you have such staff, such food, and service. And on the other hand, think about the business we 11 people would have given last night with food, drinks, snacks etc... You didn't lose your customers just once - but forever !!!

The food was not good at all , Drinks were also bad they didn’t have the ingredients for few drinks and the one we had actually tasted like cough syrup No soup was there , food was cold and no taste in pasta , live counter was closed It was actually a waste of money , barbeque & great kabab factory is 100 time better if it comes for buffet No ambience or even a song felt like eating at some quite dhaba Will not recommend

Worst ever experience: Fresh pinapple juice - was canned Paneer butter masala and dal makhni - no taste. Tandoori platter - khatta paneer and khatta dahi kebab. Bland

Even though the order was delayed by more than 45 mins, the food served was stale. The food smelled bad once the food started to get cold. The order experience was really pathetic. Really spoiled the mood for order

Since we happened to be in Faridabad for some work, we visited this restaurant based on decent reviews. It was a Sunday lunch time and the restaurant is located right near the entrance lobby of Park Plaza Hotel. Since they were entertaining a prior 50 pax booking, Veranda had no ala carte option and we were given the option of lunch buffet. To mark our food tasting and serving the anticipated buffet, we were asked to serve and eat outside in lobby area since "Non Veg" section is separate. The so called section had just 2 dishes- a chilly fish (average tasting) and a chicken gravy (really undercooked and tasteless). The vegetarian had options like:- paneer butter masala (again tasted bland), dal makhani (average) and corn peas vegetable (only edible option). The dessert section seriously lacked in option and even a Barbecue Nation would put this restaurant to shame. We had to settle for Moong Dal halwa in the month of July! Only good thing about the entire buffet was the Beer 🍺 which came pre packaged. Repeat after me- We shall never try bad and aweful food.

On a seminar in park plaza,we had a buffet in Veranda. The buffet was definetely overwhelming with a niche variety of pallets. They had a very soft flavors theme going on with no strong taste inthe makn course. I liked their Chicken Rara, Creamy mushroom. Their most exclusive point was their array of salads. I was a fan of their salad spread along with their desert options which was great. The minty aam panna was also a delight.
