Not a place I would recommend for pet owners. The moment we entered, the first thing the staff told us was not to let our pet out of the sitting area assigned to us due to “hygiene issues.” If they have such concerns, then they should not advertise themselves as a pet-friendly restaurant in the first place. What made the experience even more disappointing was that one of their own staff members suggested we visit another place instead, saying it would be much better for pets. When your own staff is recommending customers go elsewhere, it clearly says a lot about the place. Very disappointing experience overall.

pathetic restaurant... we booked our table through Zomato.. and they accepted our request.. but when we reached the place.. they argued with us and denied the discount policy of Zomato... food quality is very poor.. even thela wala's have much better taste than vertigo... they are overpriced and didn't deliver good food.. even their manager doesn't now how to greet customers.. my suggestion to you.. don't go.. because they didn't want you to serve

I am very disappointed vertigo rooftop restaurant very delay service staff various not good restaurant also bad in condition I suggest to everyone no one going on this place totally waste your time and money visit and mother's day but I am still waiting for 45 minutes no one stuff to my food and last recently I have to go in this place and join to other restaurant very very disappointed service with restaurant

shitty restaurant. accepted booking via zomato and then at the restaurant they are saying the zomato bookings are not accepted. manager does not have the courtesy to let the people know that they do not work with zomato. staff was running across the restaurant but no table has food. cannot manage a full restaurant. forget about over booking scenes

very poor ,no one there to take the order , it took 2 hrs for normal dinner and food was rubbish
