Food was excellent. Service for some reason was sluggish, seemed like the restaurant was facing staff issues. We were a big group and were in a relaxed atmosphere so we enjoyed.

Cocktails were too too sweet ! The food was not served hot. The service was also wanting....they just left the food on our table and did not serve us. We have been loyal patrons of Vierltnom , this was the first time we were hugely disappointed! I am being generous....would have otherwise given 2 stars

The vegetarian options we tried were quite average, not even considering the prices. We had Tofu Banh Mi, lotus stem salad and vegetable summer roll. The nonveg options are probably better.

We placed an order for main course and waited for 25 mins for it to arrive. When we checked with the staff about the status of our order, we were told that our order had never been placed!

AVOID vietnom, Saket-Went to relive my Vietnam trip experience but was utterly disappointed. Dishes were simply incomplete with missing leaves, sauces. They gave Pho soup as dip for buncha🙄 When asked for simple hoisin sauce, they say we don’t know where that is! Buncha was hard and not all chargrilled pork dish you get at any street in Vietnam.

food was horrible. was looking for clean protein meal.... grilled fish was probably fried, portion was super small , for 1100++ bill felt cheated
