I have wanted to go to this place for ages as some of my friends recommended it, and it is definitely a must-visit. I ordered Chilli Potato, Veg Manchurian, Singapuri Chowmein, and an Oreo shake. My personal favorite was the Manchurian, although everything else was also very tasty. Apart from the food, the staff and the ambiance were also nicely done. It is really good value for money.

Visited The Village Cafe recently with my family to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the experience was nothing short of a disaster. We ordered: • Chilli Potato • Hakka Noodles • Red Sauce Pasta • 12 Butter Roti • Kadhai Paneer • Dal Fry • Dal Makhani Chilli Potato was just about average – nothing special. Hakka Noodles were downright pathetic. They had turmeric in them (why would anyone do that in noodles?), and the taste was well below average. Red Sauce Pasta was the worst – it was literally stinking. When we complained about the noodles and pasta, the staff responded with a careless, “Sab yahi kha rahe hain, sirf aapko hi stink aur tasteless lag raha hai.” No effort to understand the issue, no apology – just total roadside attitude and unprofessional behavior. The chef clearly lacked even basic culinary knowledge. Kadhai Paneer was extremely oily, making it very difficult to enjoy. And to top it all off, they forgot to serve the Dal Makhani, but still had the audacity to include it in the bill. Absolutely no sense of customer service – the owner was disinterested, didn’t care about our feedback, and seemed only focused on money, not on delivering quality food or experience. In short, The Village Cafe ruined what was supposed to be a special evening. If I could give a negative rating, I absolutely would. Highly NOT recommended.

Very Unhygienic restaurant......there toilets are like walking in gutter....they don't even have hand wash for staff....mujhe to lagta hai toilet jake inka staff direct khana banane lagta hai bina hath dhoye kyuki basic hygiene bhi nahi hai..itna earning karte hain ye sab lekin basic facilities nahi dete staff ko bhi aur customer ko bhi. Khana bhi pehle thik taste hota tha lekin ab to redi walo se bhi ghatiya khana hota hai inke yahan. Bekaar hai yahan Jana.

Just visited this restaurant and had to wait for 45 minutes to get food on your table the food was ok in taste but was very cold due to the waiting and we complain to the owner but there was no response from his side after 45 minutes we got very stale and cold food should don't visit this resturant if you are looking for a quick response and good food

The owner is so illiterate and idiot that he doesn’t know how to talk to your customers. They take a booking in advance and then refuse to give a table if you get late by few minutes. He talks nonsense while you go there for dine in. He is so rude even with the ladies. Don’t go there for dine in as the owner is so ridiculous and idiotic person.

terrible professionalism, extremely poor customer service.. received my order an hour and a half late. called the restaurant thrice, THRICE, they didn't answer my call even one time. extremely poor experience.. will never order again. They delayed my order by 1+1/2 hours! ONE AND A HALF HOUR!!! disgusted by their service and punctuality.

They take guest as granted, too much delayed service. People keep on waiting outside as owner keep promising 5mins time for completing the previous order.
