It was good however additional 8% + GST was charged on the bill as staff charge by the restaurant which was not told to me in advance

Viva at Holiday Inn Aerocity is absolutely worth visiting if you’re a food lover. The food is exceptional,everything we tried was delicious. From the dim sums and soups to the salads, mac & cheese, main course, and desserts like baklava cheesecake, every dish was fresh, flavourful, and of great quality. It’s one of those buffets where you genuinely want to try everything. The ambience is warm and elegant, with great music that makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. The only area that needs improvement is the service. It’s a bit slow, especially when it comes to refilling dishes, so you may have to wait for some items. That said, the quality of the food makes the wait worthwhile. Overall, a must-try place for an indulgent buffet experience.

Went for konkan buffet with nothing for vegetarians - if a vegetarian was allergic to eggplant they would have been left hungry. In the snacks - 2 veg 2 non veg only one was good. Dimsums were good but they were grossly underprepared to handle the number of people who came and it took forever to come. The Desserts were forgettable thank god we went for bday celebration and had a cake to enjoy. Service was slow maybe they were understaffed but the absolute worst was when a 24x7 place - which includes coffee and tea with brunch buffet gives you green tea and coffee in takeaway cups without even asking. The bill wasn’t settled- what a subtle way to say goodbye. The food was average - veg was forgettable and non veg was good. Dessert forgettable Service was poor Overall we didn’t enjoy the experience as far as seating or dining was concerned. Not recommending and not going again. I know brunch can be crazy but basics need to be sorted well so customers get treated well !

Viva restaurant charge rs 4000 buffet dinner per person as I told the staff that it was discount from district app 50 percent as district app shows that the cost of one person is rs 800 after discount dinner buffet
