Just ordered food from wakhra swad , Noida, and as always I loved every bite of it, I ordered my favorite paneer butter masala and food was so yummy and bite was worth price, the packaging was so great with complimentary chatni and onion, A must Try restuarant for all

Extremely poor service. Had to leave my main course. Just had starters and left because the starters itself took more than an hour to arrive and another 15 minutes to get the bill. Very bad service and management is very poor.

I had ordered Tandoori momos from them. I suggest they should just tell people that they don’t know how to cook food! It was just chillies. No flavour nothing! It was the spiciest thing I have ever had! I am a chef by profession with an experience of 11 years in the service industry! I know what I am talking about. My throat has been burning for more than half an hour after having just one piece of their shit food. I have had milk, water, chocolate but nothing helps! It is difficult to breathe! My stomach is feeling weird! And zomato is just stupid! I don’t care for a refund. I just don’t feel okay! It is not okay for them to serve this to anyone! People can get seriously ill. The entire order is sitting near the trash can. If I could at this time, I would really make the n*tjob who made this, taste it! They should just shut the place down! It is not safe to consume food from this place! Zomato doesn’t cares about anyone! They did not even care to inform the restaurant about the issue let alone being sorry about the experience that I had! Disgusting customer service.

Disgusting Experience – Cockroach in Our Food! I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience was absolutely unacceptable. We were excited to try this place, but that quickly turned into disgust when we found a cockroach in our food. Yes, an actual cockroach — in the middle of our meal. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, their response was shockingly casual. No real apology, no explanation, and definitely no sense of urgency about the health hazard they just served us. This is a major sanitation issue and honestly one of the most horrifying dining experiences I’ve ever had. Needless to say, we won’t be back and I strongly advise others to think twice before eating here. If this is how they run their kitchen, I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes.

I sat on the chair and had a fall. Furthermore, staff wasnt helpful but laughing!
