I had a wonderful experience at ITC Welcome Hotel Kapashera Delhi! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff were courteous, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. A special mention to Anuj and Kanik—both were extremely professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make the dining experience memorable. Their warm approach and prompt service truly stood out. They were always available, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent food, great ambiance, and top-notch service. Definitely looking forward to visiting again!

Ordered grill sandwich and look what they gave, u was shocked seeing this , this hotel being associated with ITC has truly let the name down , pathetic service , the order came after waiting for 30 mins and it was the worse of the worse sandwich I have ever seen forget about eating
