I had an amazing time at the restaurant...we were attended by Sunny and Mr. Vikrant manav ...both of them were corteous and helpful...overall quality of food and service was above the expectation and would definetly recommend this place.

Food is amazing as always…mushroom caps is the best dish I have ever tried..Raghubir bhaiya served us very well. Thanks for an amazing experience.

Food was good but everything lacked a little bit salt.. service was great but despite being almost empty, our food took almost 35-40 mins to come! They took service charge, which I asked them to remove.. but they refused coz I was paying through Zomato, which is definitely not fair!

The Lemon Fish was very well made and tasted awesome. However, I was very disappointed with the Drums of Heaven (8 pcs) — I’ve never had such a pathetic dish. It was a total waste of money; there was hardly any chicken in the pieces and no taste at all. It felt like eating a besan pakora worth ₹795. We even left a few pieces and gave them to someone outside…

Went for dinner today. Zero customer centricity. We requested them to keep the cake in the freezer, it wasn’t even kept in the fridge, was kept at the bar. On questioning the waiter, his reply was, “what can I do?” They were not ready to join the table as we were a big group. However, when another group came, their tables were joined. The food taste was not upto the mark. The paneer lababdar & butter chicken were very sweet. The service was very slow & on top of that the Restaurant Manager had the audicity to ask us to vacate the tables as they had guests waiting, even though he knew the service was POOR. BIG BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM AND THE RAJOURI GARDEN OUTLET BOTH IN SERVICE AND QUALITY OF FOOD.

The restaurant failed to deliver the promised quantity despite charging full price, and when the issue was raised, the staff responded with complete arrogance and extremely rude behavior instead of offering any resolution. Such unprofessional conduct and lack of basic customer respect made the entire experience highly disappointing.

Worst managerial staff. Don’t know how to behave with the customer. No ethics or manners. The other branches are better more professional
