Hello Wow China, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my last two orders, both of which provided a very unsatisfactory experience. Today, I ordered American Chicken Chop Suey with an egg add-on and an extra chicken add-on, totaling Rs 404. I also ordered Chili Oil Noodles with Meat Balls. Upon receiving the order, I found the following issues: **American Chicken Chop Suey:** 1.  The ordered egg add-on was missing. 2.  The ordered chicken add-on was missing. 3.  The noodles for the chop suey were soggy. **Chili Oil Noodles with Meat Balls:** 1.  The meatballs were cold and uncooked in the center, making them very hard to bite and chew. 2.  The chili oil noodles were dry and undercooked. Due to these issues, I had to discard the second item entirely. I experienced a similar incident with my order on September 30, 2025. I messaged Zomato about it but received no response. This repeated lack of quality and professionalism from your Nehru Nagar branch in Opulent is unacceptable. I believe this branch is not upholding the standards I would expect from Wow China. Same incident was happened from my order on 30 Sep 2025. I massege to zomato, but no response.  Very bad experience and unprofessional approach by wow China.. This Nehru Nagar branch in opulent is no worth to continue in my view.  Thanks with regret

today we have visit opulent mall and ordered the food from WOW. sorry to say but we got cold food and taste is degraded badly. Did n't like Momos and chinese thali. totally disappointed
