I have ordered grilled chicken, the guy taking the order took the wrong order and then we can't refund so I had to order another grilled chicken. As I was advised i need to wait for 15 mins for both orders i had gone to the counter to collect my order after 20 mins and even then they said it will take 12 mins more. Pathetic service
