The service was absolutely terrible. There was a cockroach roaming on the floor, which clearly shows a lack of cleanliness and hygiene. At first, the staff told us to place our order at the counter. After deciding the order,they suddenly told us that we had to place the order through Zomato instead. Very confusing and unprofessional behavior. On top of that, we had to wait more than 50 minutes for our food. Completely unacceptable. This place seriously needs to improve its hygiene and customer service. Definitely not recommending this outlet to anyone.

Disappointing experience. Staff clearly refused to provide regular drinking water and insisted on buying bottled water instead. As per FSSAI and consumer rules, serving free potable water is mandatory for food outlets. Forcing customers to buy bottled water is an unfair practice. Food brands like Wow! Momo should respect basic consumer rights. Hope the management trains staff better and corrects this practice.
