Had a great experience at Xero Degrees! ✨ The vibe of the place is super fun and lively, making it a perfect spot to hang out with friends. The food was delicious and beautifully presented — especially their loaded fries and cheesy snacks which are totally worth trying! 😍 The staff was polite and the service was quick even during busy hours.

We had a wonderfull lunch at Xero degree. The cozy, rustic atmosphere made for a relaxing evening. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. The prices were reasonable, and the overall experience was fantastic.

poor staff service with a high attitude problems, the food took about 30 minutes to be prepared for something as trivial as pasta and fries with fries being totally soggy. on top of this loud music was being played. when we complained about food and music the staff didn't take note of anything despite multiple reminders. never coming back to the place recommend you to do the same as well. theres a reason these guys are struggling to reach 3.5 stars

We were a group of seven celebrating a friend’s birthday, we ordered pizza, a pasta and some other things with drinks, starting with the drinks, they were out of ice so they couldnt serve us anything cold, whatever was served was ridiculously sweet, the pizza was hard like a cracker and the pasta was bland. Service was not good either! We asked thrice to get plates! Overall very bad experience

Went to the place they took my order for onion rings and later on refused to serve saying that they r out of stock Whne i asked for refund it was told that they cant refund as order is already punched and we can have some french fries insted… even after logically explaining that they should have tild this in advance before taking order they plainly refused to accept their mistake

Very poor and arrogant staff. Denied us the discount on student ID just because they had already printed the bill and can’t do it again?! It’s not like they even asked for the ID but just presented the bill and then accused us for not informing them before. Never visiting this outlet again!

absolutely pathetic. there are very few items that they make fresh, for those wait time they mention is 20-25 mins, other items are not good in taste . Also they do not offer water and if someone wants he/she 'll have to pay for it.
