I’ve been a regular at this café and usually visit for their cold coffee, which has always been my favourite. Unfortunately, today’s experience was very disappointing. The cold coffee had no flavour at all and tasted quite odd — it honestly didn’t even feel drinkable. On top of that, the staff were unable to properly attend to our requests, which added to the frustration. This visit was far from the standard I’ve come to expect. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on maintaining consistency in both quality and service.

Food is okayish but music was so loud and requested multiple times to staff, one of the staff used to reduce and there was this other guy who was hell bent on making the music should be running loud and gave the reason that he don't want to spoil the ambience for other people. I was not feeling well and going there made my day worst

Very disappointed with xero degree. Their cooler was useless, the food had no taste and was completely bland. When we asked them to make cooler better, they refused and said ‘this is how it is’. And the staff bit rude and really bad experience

We ordered the peri peri paneer sandwich, which was mentioned as a “must try,” but it was quite disappointing. The bread seemed stale, and it wasn’t even served hot. I didn’t like it at all.

very bad food and the staff was also weird as they kept giggling, ogling, and commenting over a customer couple which was very disturbing and unprofessional to witness.
