refused to pack the left out food and only did it once I had to pay them without the discounted price.. so it was a bit of surprise as it was first such instance.. food was good and tasty and nice menu items and options

Really good Space to enjoy with family or friends, the staff is also nice plus the vibe is good.

Xero Degrees used to be my ultimate go-to spot... but what happened? The prices have gone up, the quantity has gone down, and the service has somehow become painfully slow. Whether it's the food or the beverages, everything feels like a downgrade while the bill keeps getting upgraded. Really disappointed. Never thought I'd say this, but next time I'll definitely think twice before visiting Xero Degrees. Not happy. Not impressed. Definitely not worth the hype anymore.

My bill was normally 800 plus …. When when i told them to pack my drink in that same glass jars as its there store policy to pack food item in the same glass jars that we had eaten in ,,, they refused me to do so . I had 2 glass jars , they denied saying i will do payment from district app and have discount so they wont pack in it …. After so much discussion they had packen only 1 drink in glass and other in disposal

Absolute worst service ever at Xero Degrees Hudson Lane. The staff is incredibly slow, completely inattentive, and acts like they are doing you a favor by taking your order. We had to wait forever just to get water, and the food never came to my table. Total management failure. Avoid this place if you value your time.

"Staff at this cafe are total cheaters! Overcharged us and didn't even bother to apologize 🤬. Wouldn't recommend." Service is very very poor, staff here don’t have manners with lack of knowledge and rude behaviour, replacement of staff is really needed here.

Food was bad. Got stomach upset after this Lack of staff was also there. Might be cause of lack of hygiene Please avoid at all cost. Used to be good 3-4 years back now its gone to fishes They need to work on basics

The food was awfully substandard. The smoked chicken in Money Heist was almost raw. There was a hair inside the free icecream. No washroom.No handwash basin. Not even a hand sanitiser was available.
