My parents got married at this hotel 33 years ago! And living down the lane this hotel is my go to for cakes and desserts for my special ones. No where can u get the corn cake/pudding and i must say the taste is the same since i first had it as a child, besides the marzipan leaves are now more sugary! Ordered a massive one for my wedding function too! You guys have lived up to the quality over the years.👍🏼 The only change is- the bakery has moved to the lobby with a coffee machine and display.. i loved the quaint space you guys had earlier and the warm bakery smell is amiss!!

I had ordered three cakes 2 corn pudding and 1 tiramisu cake which was around there closing time Mr. Khan was extremely helpful and gentle he waited for me to pick it up even after his duty hours these small gestures is all that a customer needs. Cheers to Mr. Khan

It was the best cake ever I had loved the mango chunks as I asked and the presentation of cake Thanku so much Chef Nelson for this lovely cake ❤️❤️

I recently had their hazelnut praline pastry and chicken puff. Both were delicious. Earlier I had Lemon Tart and New York Cheesecake. Both were outstanding. Service was super slow even though there were hardly 2 people. Needs improvement.

I can't speak to the quality of the products as I walked out because of the poor, misogynistic service. The staff there believe in serving only men while women who were there previously are left waiting indefinitely. Hopped over to the bakery at the Ambassador instead and received the usual efficient and courteous service

I placed an order for 20 donuts for an event hoping they might do an acceptable job of it. Honestly the donuts were eggy and bland to taste, neither sweet nor appetising but they chose to top the donuts with artificial mango glaze. Why the hell would you do that to a donut. The Black Forest cake is okay though!

I visited this restaurant and wanted to take particular seat with reserved tag on it. We asked to book the seat but were informed it is always reserved for hotel VIP CEO Aditya and we could not book it. I find it highly imperialistic mindset and hope CEO has not taken loan from any bank for hotel as it will amount to using loan taken for business being used to meet personal need and abuse of bank money.
