Food was good, service was extremely slow it took them an hour just to get momos. Even to catch hold of waiters for tissue papers and water was a task. Mediocre service, food was nice but proportions are off.

Today we were served drinking water in a glass that contained multiple glass shards and fragments. We had already taken a few sips before noticing them, making this a serious customer safety incident. When we informed the manager, he simply replaced the glass without acknowledging the seriousness of the situation or checking on our well-being. He then walked away from our table, leaving the matter unaddressed. After paying the bill, we raised the issue again with another manager. We received a brief apology and were offered a complimentary dessert, which we obviously declined as it completely missed the point. This was not a service issue but it was a serious safety issue. What is most concerning is not just that broken glass reached a customer’s table, but the complete lack of accountability. At no point did anyone ask whether we had ingested any glass or assure us that the incident would be investigated to prevent it from happening again.
