Thanks to the spineless staff, I will probably not want to come to any place near this restaurant ever. First if all there seems to be no one in charge. And then they allotted the same table to us and a group of hooligans who then started harassing my sister. We were waiting for 30 mins and then they allotted the same table to these hooligans. My sister took her stand and say down on the table. And then these 6 men sat down around her, trying to intimidate her. When she called out the staff for not intervening, one of the men started screaming at her. Till that time me and my family were quite because we didn’t want a drama but at this point my brother (the only male member in our group of 5) and one of my other sisters went for her support and started taking her stand. But the 6 men kept intimidating her, screaming at her and mocking her. At this point my sister started shaking but still the pathetic staff just kept watching. It’s then when I went and called them out that they have no right to scream at my sister. The man who was screaming started saying that he will speak like that to her because she is blaming them. I tried to reason that she was calling out the staff so it’s not their business to directly address another group of guests. And since the man had no logical response, he verbally abused me with the post pathetic sexual slur and the staff yet kept quiet instead of intervening. My brother obviously got angry at this point and situation escalated, and guess what? The staff instead of intervening, started laughing. A staff full of females felt it hilarious for 6 men to intimidate a girl and then abuse another girl for taking a stand. This is not how I wanted my Sunday evening to go. If you enjoy getting publicly humiliated because of an incapable staff, please do visit Yo Tibet!

Extremely disappointing and disturbing experience. We are vegetarians and very clearly wrote “Mixed Veg Fried Rice” on the order slip provided by the café. Despite this, we were served NON-VEG fried rice. At the café, we did not feel any immediate discomfort. We simply got full and decided to pack the remaining food. The bill was placed inside the same bag as the packed food. Only later, when we opened the packed food at home and saw the bill, did we realize the truth — it was clearly mentioned Non-Veg Fried Rice. The shock of realizing that we were unknowingly served non-veg food after explicitly ordering veg is something no vegetarian should have to go through. What makes this even more concerning is that this did not appear to be an isolated incident. While we were seated, another couple at a nearby table was actively arguing with the staff, stating that they had ordered a veg dish but were served non-veg. Seeing the same issue happen to multiple customers at the same time shows a serious and recurring problem. This reflects: Lack of order verification No distinction between veg and non-veg dishes Complete disregard for customers’ dietary choices
