The manager was good , he helped us in getting a table and the food, the rest of the staff is super slow, food was good but needs to come in a certain time

Food was really good, the only problem with Youmee everytime is their service which is damn slow. Only 7 people including 4 of us were seated and they took 35-40 min to bring food. They really need to be attentive and fast while serving. I can't imagine how they will serve the entire restaurant of 40 odd seats.

The Cyberhub YouMee turned out to be a big disappointment. The Sushi boat was just ordinary and the service poor. There was a fly which was sitting on the table and the staff were just callous about it even when we asked them to take care of it 2-3 times. This is not the usual experience we have had at YouMee outlets at Worldmark and Airia.

The staff was quite discourteous during our visit. I requested a table, but instead of handling the situation politely, they asked us to wait for an hour in an arrogant tone and didn’t even add our name to the waiting list. I completely understand that restaurants can be very busy on weekends and that waiting is sometimes unavoidable. However, customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.
