My visit to You Mee at Ambience Mall was plagued by unprofessional and careless staff behavior. The front desk attendant, Rachel, initially ignored us and was arrogant, and claimed there was a 20-minute wait. After leaving our details and not receiving a call for half an hour, we ourselves walked inside only to find several empty tables. When we finally ordered the Veg California Sushi, we were incorrectly served a non-veg item after a long wait. Once the correct order arrived, the food was still not up to the mark. To make matters worse, we were handed someone else's bill for a higher amount and had to demand the correct one before leaving. Overall, a highly irresponsible and disappointing experience.
