One of the best experiences we had as a family in Zaffran. Delicious food, fresh and tasty dishes nicely prepared. The staff is very courteous and well behaved, they served everything with delicacy, took care of all our requests with politeness and humility, and made our overall experience amazing. Will definitely go again. Great job guys 👏

Went for lunch. The service was fast. We had a mutton and tandoori chicken. Both were okay. The servers were quite attentive and fast. Seating is spacious not cramped .

Food was ok. Server was nice. Overall management is pathetic. Got stuck in the lift. Despite calling out and ringing the alarm NO ONE bothered to even see what was happening! Irresponsible, insensitive and incompetent people! Never going there again. There are better places in the city.

Dear Zaffran, I have been a loyal patron of your restaurant for years, frequently enjoying stays and meals there, and have always appreciated the consistent quality of your food—especially during breakfast and lunch. However, during my visit last week, I noticed a decline in service standards. While the food remained as excellent as ever, some staff members appeared unprofessional and lacked knowledge about the dishes, including their ingredients. This was disappointing compared to the knowledgeable and attentive team I experienced in the past. I kindly urge you to invest in better staff training to restore the high service levels that made Zaffran stand out.
