All food items (chicken tikka, biryani, nutella brownie) were awesome. Chef was helpful and made things as per our taste.

I bought an ice-cream packet at Zero Hour and when I opened it to eat after coming home, it was half full. Then I informed the store with the photo and next day I got a call from Mr. Chandan. He said that when you picked up the packet then itself you should have judged by the weight... then after 2-3 hours another staff member called while I had not asked for a call. He too instead of accepting his mistake said that I saw in the CCTV that the packet was closed and when you picked up your packet then itself you should have judged by the weight. I don't think anyone would want to get a refund by doing something like this but the zero hour people will not understand this. If you complain to someone, they will prefer to insult you rather than accept their mistake. That is a perfect example of unprofessionalism.
