First things first. Servers hunts you for the tip and ready to face embarassing looks if you don't offer. Ismail is good for biryani once upon a time and slowly it's loosing it's sheen. Congested places in M.M.Donka and Kurnool Road literally feels like uncomfortable for families. They have increased the prices and food quality just average. I am regular customer to Ismail, Old Market location when I am studying in Ongole . Food just okay. Value for money : 3/5 Quantity : 3/5 Quality : 3.5/5 Hygiene : 2/5 Service : 0/5 Overall rating : 3/5

The food is in very bad taste and I don't receive lemons and onions The rice is sticky it's sticks to the hands
