A2B is our go-to restaurant for pure vegetarian food! It never disappoints and food is always great no matter which outlet you go to. Ofcourse the south indian is good here but i have to say even chaat and pizzas are good! Pocket friendly and consistent as always,highly recommended 👍

This A2B outlet is located in the heart of Ooty. Very popular, hence it is always crowded. They serve some very good South Indian breakfast items. The staff was polite. Service was quick. Ordered Idli Vada, Butter Masala Dosa and Filter Coffee. Idli Vada just melted in the mouth. Masala Dosa tasted extremely good. Filter Coffee was average. Prices are slightly on the higher side. Overall a good experience apart from the average filter coffee.

Must try: Ghee roast dosa (You cannot have just one!) Filter coffee (bestttt! South Indian meal (similar to a thali) Curd rice Cons: It is usually very crowded (especially on weekends). You will need to find your own table & it could sometimes be a challenge. The service is usually fast. Gaining the attention of the waiters is another challenge as the restaurant has a high foot fall. But overall must try for authentic South Indian cuisine.

A2B never disappoints but this one was far below expectations. The staff is very uncooperative. We had to call them for everything like water, glasses, tissues, spoon, menu card etc. Food takes time here. Filter coffee was good. Dosa was good. Ordered pavbhaji but it didn't taste like one. Service is too slow.

I wish I had an option to give zero stars. Had a terrible experience at A2B veg Ooty today. The staff isn’t trained well to treat people with respect. Firstly we were told that it is self-service as all the staffs had gone out (quite strange) during restaurant waiter service timings but another staff told that they would serve us, there was too much confusion within the restaurant. After some confusion, we settled and we were served food, one of the staff serving us was fine, however while he was serving us food, one lady staff by name Priya suddenly took the vessel from him and started serving another table. It was very disrespectful and inspite of complaining about her rude behaviour they told that you can complain the same to the manager. They didn’t seem to be bothered at all, worst experience!! Never visit this horrible place as this place lacks planning and good behaviour. Totally pathetic!!

Rude staff, can’t handle customers during peak hours. First of all we had to wait 10 mins to place the order… after that when the food was served we asked them spoons 4 to 5 times. At last we ended eating with hands. It’s a request if you can’t handle that much customer draw a limit rather than making customers sit unnecessarily in wait of food and other things.

I went to this place just because I have heard good review on A2B chain. but this is place is worst. staff was not cooperative. we literally had to reach out to owner for our order . food was of bad quality & taste. this specific A2B place is not recommended.

Have been to several outlets in Chennai and Bangalore and hence went here. Idli was hard and dosa masala, sambar and red chutney stale. Moreover washroom smelled hell.
