The place was super crowded handled by 1 lady as everyone else was out of shift at around 9pm . The struggle was real she managed to clear tables , manage customers billing and also bake pizza for us . The tastiest best effort pizza we had.

This is the only outlet we found in Ooty and the outlet was spacious and bright. They served hot pizzas and it was bliss having in a cool climate. The staff was courteous enough to help us choosing a pizza from the new menu which they had. We ordered for Aussie Barbeque and Indi Tandoori Paneer as usual and it was good.

You can always trust A dominoes for the quality, taste, freshness of the food that is being served there! Location of this one is great but the service was too slow! Nevertheless this is a safe option to try out anytime! 😊

I ordered Veg Extravaganza Pizza . After 45 minutes waiting, got the pizza which hardly had any toppings and crust was raw uncooked and when asked about the missing toppings , was told they running out of mushrooms and no alternative topping provided . Worst part was not over . After eating the pizza at this center yesterday, my daughter fell sick and complained stomach ache , headache and threw up .. I would definitely not recommend this place. Staff are so laid back and raw food is served . If you want to fall sick then please go here

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. We were made to wait for nearly 2 hours, but our food was never served. To make matters worse, the order was not even cancelled, leaving us waiting without any proper response or resolution. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of customer service and responsibility. Customers spend their time and money expecting decent service, not to be left waiting for hours without food or a solution. Absolutely the worst experience! I would not recommend this outlet unless they improve their service and learn to value their customers’ time. Domino’s Elk, Ooty, needs to take this issue seriously and ensure that no other customer has to go through the same frustrating experience.

it's a waste of time ordering in this place they will wait until you get fed-up make you wait for hours and make sure you cancel the order by yourself you won't have any way to contact the restaurant . you will be unprofessionally called by their employees personal number and after not receiving the order for as an hour you call them back they will casually mention their shift is over .and Even after 2 hours your order won't be delivered you will be forced to cancel the order. worst experience. never had this kind of experience in any other restaurants in ooty better order somewhere else

This is the worst experience that I've got from Dominos and I'm highly disappointed with it. I ordered food and it was 1.5 hours late. I called up twice asking for my refund (since it was more than 30 mins), every time they ensured that they will talk to their manager and would get to me in five minutes but the call never came up.

The service here was extremely slow. We got our pizza after 50 mins. This place was very unhygienic. It looked like it hadn't been swept for days. There were pizza leftovers and dirty tissues dumped everywhere on the floor. we felt nauseas here..

Even after 2 hours, the pizza was not delivered. The restaurant guy just kept telling 5-10 mins everytime we called. Worst experience with a Domino’s restaurant chain.

they serve raw food and do not solve the issue they cheat the customer. worst experience of all
