I went to this place on christmas dinner. They were serving buffet for dinner. I had pepper soup, pasta red sauce with garlic bread, crispy veg, maushroom paneer with roti and for dessert had brownie with chocolate sauce. Out of the lot i liked pasta and brownie the most. The quality of food was very good. Also the servers here were all ladies staff which really appealed to me. Appreciation on the quality of food and courteous staff memebers.

If you want to try good North Indian food in ooty...do visit this place. It is quite reasonably priced as well. The food as well as the service is really good, special if you like to have a fine dining experience. If here, do try the Golden dragon chicken, Pan fried noodles Mandarin style, Hyderabadi keema matar, Amritsari yellow daal and Mughlai mutton seekh kebab.

A very good upscale diner place. Only flaw it has is that, it doesn't serve liquor. For a valid reason they say is because they don't have the space. But the 4 rating is for, the serving is not good. They slip and miss. Not just for me I observed on a couple of tables and I saw the serving was not down in the etiquette manner.

We had couple of breakfast and one dinner at this restaurant. Extra star for the staff, the staff members were really nice. The restaurant is very ordinary in terms of ambience and food quality. Also, the place is a little expensive considering the nearby options. Worth a try but don't expect much if you are a vegetarian.

Nice place. The food was good. We ordered Lasooni Murg, Tempura Prawn, Roast lamb, chicken dum Biriyani, methi murg, garlic nan. And in drinks boondi jaljeera, lemonade,ginger sparkler... The Roast Lamb was awesome...

The food is excellent. Loved the ambience. But the quantity was less and it took a long time for them to prepare and serve. If they improve this, I will definitely give 5stars

Update(23 Jan 2021) Summary: This was my last visit here. They managed to disappoint me when I was very hungry. At this point even average food tastes awesome. But the food was bad and the management insisted on cash payment. Older Review(2019)(below) One of the few places in ooty where you can get good north indian food. We visited this place in April 2019. Initial plan was to visit another restaurant nearby but since that was closed we ended up here. Service is little slow probably because of crowd but staff are courteous. Ordered fresh lime soda and jaljeera and both were excellent. Then proceeded to order soup and starters. Chicken monchow soup was really bad. Chicken sholay tikka was excellent and prawn tempura was above average. After having bad monchow soup we decided to stick to Indian for main course. Ordered stuffed Naan, tandoori roti, kadhai peeli daal, dahi bhindi and chicken tikka masala. No complaints there and all items were excellent.

Earl Cliff, Ooty looks straight out of a postcard—stunning ambience, 10/10 for vibes. Sadly, that’s where the magic ends. The Aglio Olio pasta was inedible, one of the worst we’ve ever tasted. The service was painfully slow and horribly managed. Great place to sit and click pictures, terrible place to eat. Go for ambience, not your appetite.

Ordered chicken vindaloo, but the curry was abundant with potatoes rather than chicken. While charging this much cost pls make sure you are not cheating the customer. Never expected this from a reputed organisation for such a high price.
