MUST VISIT CAFE IN OOTY!!! We tried the tomato and mushroom soups(i added a bit of salt but thats just personal preference)...both were some of the best ive had in a while!!! We also ordered the paneer sandwich that was also prettyyy gooddd The corn jalapeño cheese balls were the absolute showstoppers!! I haven't seen this item anywhere else in a menu and it was made Absolutely amazing!!!! The dip was also really good!!! Must try!!!! We also ordered the chimichuri pizza and it was really good as well!! We also tried their deserts the vanilla one, the blueberry cheesecake and the strawberry tart. All were really good...but the vanilla one was smthng i had never tried before and the best!!..even the blueberry cheesecake was really really good...these two are must try if you go there....the strawberry tart was also really goodddd Also all the desserts looked so amazing and tasted equally amazing!! Overall the ambience was really cozy and they have decorated the place with such effort and creativity it shows, the staff was so welcoming and were serving with a smile😄... Like all in all it shows so much how much effort has been put into the building the place and how much effort is being put into running it and giving amazing food and service!! Also we went at night around 8 and we weren't getting autos to our accommodation...but they called 7-8 autos and we finally found an auto.....they were so helpful to help us find an auto... All in all this was probably the best cafe i have ever gone to and I would be a regular here had I lived in ooty... Looking forward to see them grow and expand and hopefully open a branch in blr!! It’s the best cafe to visit in Ooty. Finally I can say trip to Ooty is super successful now… they have the most amazing food with a very cute well designed space and the menu itself seems very thoughtful. Everything on menu was finger licking good

We celebrated our first anniversary there, they have large number of desserts freshly made and the pizza 😋 man I was feeling eating it in Itly itself so authentic with flavours so rich you won't get in Mumbai too please do visit the caffe

this quaint cafe serves the best burgers I have had....the bread is soft and the meat is juicy...we ordered for the busted beef burger and chicken ham and egg sandwich...the hollondaise sauce used in the burger was outstanding....do visit!!!

"Found my new favorite spot in Ooty! Every dish was a hit, but the desserts stole the show. They were crafted so perfectly, they were the 'icing on the cake' of our entire experience. Sugar Dribble definitely lives up to the name.🥰😍

Sugar Dribble Café, Ooty –Cozy café with warm hospitality 🌟 Ambience: 4/5 Tiny, cute outdoor café with limited seating but a lovely vibe. 🌟 Service: 5/5 Super attentive staff, always checking in, and very quick service—big win here. 🌟 Food: 3.5/5 Tried the Christmas special sweet potato & avocado fritters and peri-peri chicken strips—good, satisfying, not extraordinary. Blueberry cheesecake was the standout ⭐. 🌟 Beverages: 4/5 Cappuccino was smooth and enjoyable. 🌟 Value for Money: 4/5 Overall: ⭐ 4/5 Great hospitality makes this place worth visiting. Waited for almost one full hour despite calling in advance. When we reached, we were told there’s a waiting list — which is exactly why we had called earlier, so our name could be added. Completely pointless to call if you’re not going to manage the waitlist properly. On top of that, we were asked to place the food order before even being seated, which already shows how chaotic and poorly managed the place is. Service was extremely slow. Water was served without glasses, and even after asking five times, nobody bothered to bring them. Basic hospitality is clearly missing. Food quality is decent, but that’s about it. Either you wait endlessly for dishes, or they bring 2–3 items together, by which time everything is cold. No timing, no coordination, no service sense. This place is massively overhyped. Either the management has no control over operations, or the success has completely gone to their head. Good food alone doesn’t excuse such terrible service.
