Very nice experience.!! The staffs show good behaviour. The food is genuine, 5-10 minimum waiting time. The important aspect here is its delivery which is known for its speed.

we order through zomoto and the worst part is after they accepted the order thay informed that they can't able to deliver to the location and they informed to collect from their shop or else i have to travel as per their location to collect the food, the worst part is behaviour of their staff was too rude, then i raised complaint to the zomoto after that obly they informed that the dominoz' s direct staff only delivering , but it didn't informed anywhere. without informed how xome we know that we know that whether they will deliver or not and second part is that without informing us they booking got cancelled from their end. i had very worst experience from them

Placed the order and got accepted, only to receive a call that they don’t deliver to my location. If you can’t deliver then why do u even accept the order in first place. Now I have to break my head for refund and other headaches. Very poor and pathetic customer service. Very disappointed 😞

Regularly they are not delivering the ordered food...after we order to the app...they call us and inform them they are not having the ordered food and they offer some other substitute..and this is not the first time this is regularly repeated...

It is sad that they do not even deliver to areas in Palakkad, which are less than 5 km from the outlet.
