Adipowli food I went with my czns we ordered different varieties of food we ordered shawarma POTHICHORU POTHI BIRIYANI 🔥🔥💥🤤🤤machaane.... Poli sthalam and they've got dine in car they serve food in car and we don't even have to get out of the car it's awesome food is great and is ambience I really recommend this place must try

I had wonderful time in here. We had best pastas_drinks, bbq, mojitos, sandwiches with friends.I loved it's ambiance and service. Food was served hot and fast .Had a wonderful experience at the very heart of Palakkad for ages.

We had a wonderful dinner at Noor Jahan's Open Grill.We got wonderful Thalassery Biriyani with delicious addings.Also had full grilled chicken,it had perfect masala with perfect thoom. We had green apple mojito which was delighted and blue legon with color of sapphire.So please respect their hard work cause they bring you ambience.

Their hotel as well as the restaurant both were good, reason for low rating for not providing timely service. Their staff were not trained as well as the response was really bad..

Noorjahan Pride is Over. Had very bad experience during yesterday dinner with my family. We ordered one of their signature dish, Pineapple 🍍 fried rice suggested my fellow foodie friend. I have seen the photo of the dish presentation. But they served in normal bowl. When I asked why ? They said no there is no availability of pineapple. If pineapple is not available and why they accepted my order and it was not informed before processing prder.Top of that it is charging 260 bucks for normal chicken fried rice. Leave about pricing and worst part is that we saw one big hair on the dish as topping. They didn’t mind when I said this. They are least bothered about customer service. We tried broasted chicken. It was okeyish only But they are claiming best broasted in the town. Being palakkadan and travel foodie I have tried better broasted from palakkad itself. Peri Peri chicken also too spicy and not cooked properly. What is this ? We are paying for food Give some justice to our money. We had similar bad experience with their stadium open grill. Unfortunately it is closed Advice to management - Need improvement in your customer service and food quality

The worst experience is what I would say. They take an extreme amount of time to serve a customer. We ordered soup that came half an hour later. After that when we asked for the main course they served us a with a wrong order that was a dessert. As a cherry on top they gave us some other chicken gravy instead of kadai chicken. The sizzler was really bad. Not done there, the staffs were impolite, such attitudes are never expected from staffs. We are paying customers and we require to be treated with some dignity and respect. We payed them and also tipped them well for this awful experience. Again the experience doesn’t end here, I called the owner to tell the same but that person switched of his phone. This is the responsibility they show. I know noor jahan is an old chain of restaurant and I respect that. But sorry can’t pay and tolerate this.

First time I had food from this hotel and it was good. Based on this experience, ordered Pothi porotta and after this got stomach issues. Then based on the first experience i tried once again and then ordered Shawai and Alfahm, both are undercooked and tasteless. After we'd this food we got affected stomach issues again. So we took off this restaurant from our list forever.

It was not good to eat, really a tasteless dish. (No hot, no spicy, Salt is less.) Also don't try to book/eat egg noodles from here. Cost is too high (200₹) for a single egg noodles, we are ok to pay the amount which they mentioned, but if they are preparing this kind worst food, then why can't we choose other.

This is the 132 rs biriyani in in this hotel cheating the customers ... pls verify and don't order this hotel . I have ordered 730 rs orders but it's really pathetic
