Hello Team, I’m extremely disappointed with this order. The packing was so bad that it looked like “packing ninjas” just mixed everything together. All the gravy leaked and got mixed into all the food items. Nothing was properly packed, and the food is no longer in a condition to eat. On top of that, the food preparation itself took a very long time, and after waiting so much, this is the condition in which the order arrived. Honestly, this is the worst experience I’ve had. I am throwing away the entire order because it is completely spoiled and not fit to eat. I want a full refund for all the food items immediately. I am a regular Zomato customer, but this is the first time I’ve received such terrible service and packaging. If this issue is not resolved properly, I will be forced to file a complaint and I will never order from your restaurant again, nor recommend it to anyone. Please process my refund as soon as possible.
