We had a very disappointing experience with this outlet. While placing our order, we clearly and specifically mentioned “NO MAYONNAISE” in the pizza. Despite this, the pizza was delivered with a white sauce that tasted and looked exactly like mayonnaise. When we called the outlet to clarify, instead of listening to our concern respectfully, the staff insisted that it was “liquid cheese” and refused to accept that a mistake could have been made. This led to an unnecessary argument. A customer knows what they have asked for and can also tell the difference in taste. The issue is not just about the sauce, but about poor customer service, lack of honesty, and no willingness to correct an error. If a customer gives a clear instruction, it should be followed. And if a mistake happens, it should be accepted politely and resolved, not argued over. Because of this behavior, our overall experience was spoiled. We expected better professionalism and customer care. Very disappointing.
