I keep visiting Patiala for work and this is my go to place. Leela Bhawan market is flooded with outlets but honestly, this is my go to place since ever. Have visited their Mohali outlet as well. Have tried different dishes like pizza, pasta, non veg subs, burgers etc. Tried their beverages like hot chocolate, coffee, shakes etc. However, hot chocolate was too sweet for my liking.

Boston bites has one of the best pizza you can have in Patiala. Sub is also a must try. The cherry on the cake is the super affordable rates. The ambience is also good. Overall, good place for spending evenings with friends and family.

Dont order during peak hour its been an hour and still no sign of order ! You lost a regular customer its better to close orders than this

There should be a systematic way of fulfilling order... dish you looking to start with coming at end and the dish you want to end with comes at first... need to improve the order fulfillment process

Boston bites used to good place and quality food which seemed worth the price till beginning of this year! I have dined in here as well as I have get food delivered via apps from here as well. There is quality, quantity and preperation difference in both the experiences. Food which was very recently delivered to me last night was pathetic, Crispy chicken pasta was half the quantity and there were so many veggies( common its chicken pasta). Pasta was dry and they didn't give any oregano inspite of putting that up specifically in instructions, calling restaurant after placing order. Service is poor and their quality is degrading day by day! What they serve and what they deliver is varied all the time be it quality, quantity or freshly prepared! I feel more at risk in times of corona if i get such food from 4+ rating restaurant. Service- Restaurant didnt listen to complaint and owner (area coach) never picked up call.

Total waste of money. It used to be a good restaurant but now it's shit ...Ruined my birthday like seriously this place should close down ...Food quality is the worst & expensive for no reason!! Worst place in Patiala....

Food delivery is worst i ordered veg loaded cheese cheese was totally dryy... It was worst fries i had ever boston bites always provide good service .. But this time m totally disappointed from boston bites

Not even a bit of salt was present. Totally waste of time and money. The quality is degraded over time...............................................
