The customer service of this place is not that great. Waiters serve from one end of the table to the other end by extending their sweating armpits. Waiters should be trained more on serving food and atleast moving around the table to serve each member.

Booked table for my niece's b'day party... Table was small and though bigger table was available we were not allowed to use that stating it's booked... So we used 2 different tables... The bigger table with seating capacity of almost 15 people was finally occupied by only 6-7 people though we were 13. Service was extraordinarily pathetic... We ordered snacks and waiter said no we did not order the dishes we are asking for.... Experienced this for the first time. Honey chilli cauliflower was the worst dish.. It was evident it's cooked in same oil used for non veg..fully stinky....Then Veg Manchow soup... Water based tasteless soup... French fries preparation took 1.5 hrs... Honey chilli cauliflower was soupy... We ordered paneer tikka and cheese naan with gravy..waiter came back stating their tandoor is off so all tandoori items are unavailable... Restaurant khola hi kis lye hai....it was funny..tandoor was not working when two b'days were getting celebrated there....Rates are too high if we compare it with their food quality... And waiters are full of attitude without any reason... We asked waiters to bring cake so that b'day girl can cut the cake but they denied stating snacks are ready.. Cake baad mein kaatna... Those ready snacks took 1 hr to reach the table... Waiters will decide what to eat and when to eat.....Even if I get free food here in future.. I will not go.. We paid rs 3600 for the worst dining experience ever.. Request everyone reading this review pls don't waste money and time.. Our b'day celebration was fully spoiled

A frequent customer of @club16 Patiala. They have an offer that but one large pizza u get another large pizza of same price free. Last week i visited to have taste of their pizza with family where they offered a large pizza and a large pizza free. On both days of the weekend. Today when I visited they offered a small pizza in a medium box. I voiced my concern that the quantity and quality of pizza has been reduced. To which they admitted that they have reduced the large pizza size because the customer reviewed that the wastage was more. To it i asked for the register where they have maintained the reviews given as said but they were not having any of them. So it was a rebuttle given by them as per their own will which was not substantiated by any evidence. When i got the other pizza of the offer they offered it a small one in a medium box. I asked k why u sent a small pizza despite being complained about the first? The owner replied that “its our discretion to decide the size of the pizza. Aap krlo jo krna hai “Hadd ye hai k keh kuch aur rhe aur bech kuch aur! Kehne k baad bhi sharam nahi! Upar se besharmi ye k jab served pizza pack ho k vapas aya! Usme be ek piece gayab! Worse thing that cud ever happen! Unedited videos are attached at club16 polo ground patiala. Beyimaani ki hadd hai. Jab video bni they said k sir aapka bill mat pay kijiye. To which we replied that we are not here to get free food. Were are just asking to have business ethics! “Serve what you commit”! Shame Club16
