Had a wonderful experience at Karahi Culture, Patiala! 🍽️ The food was delicious, full of authentic flavours, and the overall ambience was great. The staff was polite and welcoming too. Definitely a place worth visiting if you’re looking for good food in Patiala. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Food was average to good, but it do not have kick to make you crave to come back after few weeks. We had: - anardana chicken starter ( chicken was soft and tender, not spicy, 6.5/10) - charsi kadhai chicken ( gravy was too thick, pyaaz tamatar gravy, not too spicy, but tangy, 6.5/10) - garlic naan ( 8/10) - coke ( chilled 10/10) 😅

cost is too high and quantity is too low.. and ambience us congested.. also they claim to be making Pakistani kadhai chicken, but its not anything like that.. same taste you can get at any good restaurant with less price and better quantity. not worth ..

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The staff were arrogant, rude and completely uninterested in providing basic customer service. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality or respect towards customers. The service was terrible — slow, inattentive and poorly managed. We had to repeatedly follow up with the staff for even basic things, and instead of addressing the issues, the attitude of the staff made the experience even worse. What was most disappointing was the attitude. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant, but treating customers with arrogance and making them feel like they are doing you a favour by serving them is simply unacceptable. Overall, poor service, rude staff, terrible attitude and zero customer experience. I genuinely regret choosing this place and would not recommend Karahi Culture to anyone. There are far better restaurants where customers are actually treated with respect.
