Mojave, Patiala, offers a cozy bohemian ambience with tasteful décor and exceptionally warm, welcoming service. The **Creamy Hand-Rolled Tortellini** was comforting and delicately flavoured, while the **Spinach Mushroom Risotto** was rich, earthy, and beautifully creamy. The **Roasted Veggie Ratatouille**, served with creamy polenta and crisp lotus stem chips, was equally well composed. The **Coyote’s Dance** cocktail—tequila, lime, blueberry, basil, saline, and agave—was fresh, balanced, and distinctive. A refined yet relaxed dining experience, Mojave is an excellent choice for an elegant vegetarian meal in Patiala.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4.5/5) Visited Mojave with a group of 3, and overall it was a great dining experience. The cocktails were excellent—Red Theory, Aperol Spritzer, and the Concubine Pitcher were all refreshing and well-balanced. Among the food, the Chimichurri Prawn, Aji Panca Lemon Chicken, Romesco Chicken, and Butter Chicken with Naan stood out. The Laal Maas Spring Rolls were a unique twist and worth trying, while the complimentary focaccia with dips was a nice touch. The service was prompt, the ambience was lively yet comfortable, and the presentation of both the food and drinks was impressive. The only downside is the pricing. At around ₹10,554 for three people, it’s definitely on the higher side. That said, the quality of the food, cocktails, and overall experience largely justifies the premium. Would definitely visit again for the food and cocktails, though it’s more of a special occasion place than an everyday outing.

Had dinner with my wife at Mojave and overall it was a pleasant experience. The food was good and well-prepared, and the staff was courteous and attentive throughout our visit. However, the drinks were below expectations and both the food and beverages took quite a long time to arrive, which affected the overall dining experience. If the waiting time can be improved and the drinks menu enhanced, it would make the experience much better. Overall, a decent place with good food and service.

We had specifically asked for no spice/ less spice however the Pao bhaji had insane levels of spice. We are paying such huge amounts with taxes, hence it shouldn’t be a problem to raise such issues.
