The snacks were pretty decent. Food was great but cutlery was very heavy which posed a challenge for enjoying our food. Spoons/forks kept falling from plates/bowl because of their weight

I had made a prior booking at Rize Patiala and clearly informed them that I would be visiting with my pet. Despite this, when I arrived, I was humiliated and made to feel extremely uncomfortable when I was suddenly told that my pet was not allowed. If pets are not permitted, this should have been communicated clearly at the time of booking, rather than leaving a customer to find out only after arriving. The lack of proper communication and the way the situation was handled was highly unprofessional and embarrassing. A prior booking should come with clear and accurate information about the venue’s policies. Very disappointed with the experience and the way I was treated.
