Writing this review after having many meals from here. Excellent food and ambience and excellent staff. Would recommend it as the best place in the area for any meal, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. This place also opens early in the morning. Pleasant experience every time

Very disappointing experience at Sagar Ratna today. I visited with my family and ordered dosa, but it was served without any chutney, which is unacceptable. Instead of proper sambar, they served something that tasted like yellow dal. When we called the manager and raised the issue, they simply said they would change it, but we kept waiting and by then our dosa had gone completely cold. Even after waiting, the chutney still never arrived. In the end, we were so disappointed with the poor service and food quality that we decided to leave. Definitely not the experience we expected.

Visited Sagar Ratna Yesterday with my Family for Dinner. The food quality has degraded a lot in the restaurant and seems like they have started using cheap materials. The chaap was like rubber which made it hard to chew. Veg Chowmein Noodles for which we already mentioned less to medium spicy, were really very spicy. Overall I had a very bad experience at the restaurant.

the chef seems to have forgotten the taste of sambhar. all the chutney was packaged. pathetic taste. don't even know how to make coconut chutney. Dal Vada served hard. (seems it was fried when it was still frozen) Dosa and idli was okay. staff was okay. overall view- don't go to sagar ratna for South Indian food, you will be disappointed.
