Muje ykeen nahi ho rha , Uttam ‘s sent me gravy without container , i specially go to shop for buying some disposel . I humble request to ‘ Restaurant Management ‘ plz aapko order apne name se milte hain , apni packing ko customer ke comfort rkhiya to jo insaan kahi vi ho khana easily comfort se kha ske aur haan spoon vi missing tha 😅 . Thank You 🙏

Food quality is good, been there once but I like ambience. Service is somewhat poor which need to be improve. But If you like to have buffet, it will be very cheap & best. Enjoy food.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The restaurant served me the wrong item, and instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff showed an unprofessional attitude. Customer service matters as much as the food, and this was not acceptable. I hope management improves the service and staff behavior.

very bad experience with uttam Buffet & restaurant. urban estate phase II patiala. we have ordered boneless chicken and paid extra but received order with bone and taste is not good at all . same is informed to them they denied and not even aplogilized.

We organised party for 11 people ,but did not find this very good experience. No professionalism by owner. Very rude behaviour and not at all accommodations.
