I recently visited this restaurant after seeing a review and a discount offer on Zomato. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I mentioned the Zomato offer to the manager, Mr. Neerjal, who rudely refused to accept payment through Zomato. He claimed that they had no association with Zomato, despite the offer being prominently displayed on the app. This was extremely disappointing and misleading. Not only was I unable to avail the advertised discount, but the manager’s dismissive attitude added to the unpleasant experience. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic to lure customers under false pretenses. I left the restaurant feeling frustrated and cheated. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you are relying on Zomato offers or expecting decent customer service. I have reported this issue to Zomato and hope they take appropriate action to prevent such incidents in the future.
