Had choco fill coffee, tastes amazing. Had peri peri fries in snacks that was good too. staff is good and ambienece is superb. service is quick. 10/10

staff was behaving weird after we asked for discount given by zomato.. kind off wanted us to leave soon as we were claiming discount which was quite bad why are they available in dine in option when their behaviour is like that

Craft Coffee really needs to rethink what they call “service.” Even with just a handful of customers, the staff seemed completely uninterested, as if they were doing us a favor by serving. The experience was flat-out disappointing.Coming to the food — the so-called exotic pizza was a letdown; poor toppings and almost no flavor. The cheesy corn mirchi tikka was just okay, nothing special. The only thing that stood out was the cold coffee with ice cream blend — that was decent.Overall, a place with pretentious vibes but zero effort in service or quality. Wouldn’t recommend unless they seriously fix their attitude and food standards. Paying by Zomato which was the only good thing

Since this one is located inside the city centre mall. I was on shopping and got late so finally decided to have some snacks here but it disappointed me badly. I ordered veg club sandwich and a kitkat shake.Bhaisaab literally no taste ,no quality no hygeine and on the other side the cost of the food is little expensive as compared to quality.Totally waste of money and mood

The food was pathetic we asked the person as to what we should order he insisted us on having the chicken gelled masala which was same as that of the shashlik the sauce was the same chicken was not fresh service was poor female waitress had the worst attitude not welcoming the service has downgraded a lot Not worth it at all

poor service. terrible coffee. tasteless food. mismatch food from the menu. difficult to locate in the mall. reservation has no significance they couldn't seat us even with prior reservation. not recommended

Stale Bun, Burnt chicken patty. Cheesy chicken burger feels like no cheese in it French fries cooked in reused oil or not properly hot oil. Though coffee was good

Does craft coffee know how to make coffee? My Cold brew sangria was basically coffee and orange juice sharbat…
