Craft Coffee is truly a hidden gem for coffee lovers. The cappuccino was smooth and flavorful, and the snacks were equally impressive. The café has a beautiful and cozy atmosphere, perfect for spending quality time with friends or even working peacefully. Service was quick and the staff was very welcoming. Will definitely visit again!

One of my favourite cafés in Patna. The food and ambience are amazing, and the hospitality is unmatched. Chanchal Ji and Santosh Bhaiya are always so warm and welcoming — they make every visit feel special.

I recently visited Craft Coffee and unfortunately, the experience was below average. The cold brew coffee was disappointing — it lacked flavour and tasted quite diluted, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering a cold brew. The watermelon mojito was another letdown; it tasted just like fresh lime soda with no hint of watermelon or mint. Service was also quite confusing. After taking our food order, the server returned 30–40 minutes later to inform us that vegetarian dishes were not available because the vegetables hadn’t arrived yet (this was around 3 PM). It felt odd, especially since other tables were being served vegetarian food at the same time. We were told that only French fries were available, which didn’t seem consistent. On the positive side, the fish fingers were well prepared and tasted good — probably the only highlight of the visit. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. Hoping for better consistency in both service and quality in the future.

Very poor service. Even after pre-booking our seats, no one came to take our order for 10 minutes. Staff seemed uninterested in attending customers. Even during billing we had to repeatedly call someone before anyone showed up. Completely ruined the outing with friends. ⭐ 1/5
