Good for families couples and anyone can organise a small event as well. The staff are courteous and well mannered. The food quality and quantity is good

Had a good time there. Staff is courteous and helpful. Service is also good. For me food was kind of mixed. Chinese items were really good however indian items like paneer khurchan and hara bhara kebab were okay. Specially paneer was very spicy even though we asked for medium spicy paneer option. Anyway, overall other was good experience. Thank you!

I had a really disappointing experience at Foresto Paradise few days ago. As a regular visitor, I had certain expectations based on how things used to be—but sadly, it seems the service and attitude have taken a complete nosedive. To start with, we were made to wait for over 30 minutes before even being acknowledged. When we finally got seated, we had to call the waiters multiple times just to get the menu. The same frustrating delay happened again when we asked for basic things like hot water to wash our hands. What shocked me the most was the rude and indifferent behavior of the staff. They behaved as if they were doing us a favor by serving food, and their tone was downright disrespectful. It genuinely felt like we were being treated like a burden instead of valued customers. What makes this worse is that I’ve been a loyal customer here for quite some time, and they used to be so courteous—and even offered discounts now and then. I don’t know what’s changed, but it’s clear that customer service is no longer a priority here. Sadly, I’ll be thinking twice before coming back. A place that used to be one of my favorites now feels completely unwelcoming.

What a waste of space in in city centre! I am shocked… the food was terrible, everything very oily, over spicy and over priced! Everything lacked taste, flavour and quality. I would not recommend this place at all! What was more surprising was a filled place on Saturday evening. Went in with a guess and I regretted ordering. I should have left after the starters but had ordered the mains so stayed on. Dahi ke kabab- yogurt fried bread roll Baby corn- super spicy and oily Kadhai Paneer was edible Vegetable Kofta- terrible. It costed us 2200₹ and my stomach is still burning from the spice!

Ordered food worth ₹1900. Simple dal, aloo sabji etc tasted pathetic even though everything was above regular price or simply overpriced. We had a train to board & they weren't even trying to provide food on time even after multiple attempts. One male manager who's wearing specs was using foul & rough language. Absolute waste of time & money. I sincerely advise others to consider this or you'll just experience the same 1st hand. Unfortunately, I've misplaced bill somewhere but I paid to Binod Ojha so anyone wondering about authenticity can verify the same.

The taste was too bad . And no response to any issue. Not recommended. Before it use to be good but now the food quality and cutlery quality is pathetic

They refused to accept Zomato gold and they kept the portion size of cake . completely unprofessional
