11 year back this was the first Haldiram outlet in Bihar and now I can say its worst Haldiram outlet visited throughout the India . Everything from Hygiene to taste to service detoriated ,they need to improve otherwise dont think this outlet will continue for long.

First incidence was when one of my order was not delivered. I tried reaching restaurant several times but to no avail. Second incidence was when I ordered plum cake it showed available but after one hour when I called the zomato delivery guy who was at haldiram to collect order he informed me that plum cake was not available. If plum cake was not available why was my order accepted in the first place and also why was I not informed abt this right away.i tried calling haldiram but like last time no one answered even after several attempts . Done with haldiram now

I order jalebi. It was cold and no crispy and too much colour added. I think Ghee is also not used. It just like you are eating jalebi from road side thela wala. It's loosing its name, Better not to go.

They are not following any covid Protocols, none of the staff members wears Mask for public safety. They are just casual for covid and can be make a epicenter of Covid I recommend do not dine there.

Ordered from Haldiram got this! Horrible taste! On top Zomato won’t refund. I order over 10000 bucks every month on Zomato..it’s not worth it. Just chose Swiggy guys.

why u canceled the order after waiting me for 2 hr? order was placed at 9pm and it was canceled at 11pm, pathetic service you spoiled the mother's day celebration

The pastries were very bad. It seems it was 3-4 day old. Request from restaurants to not send these kind of foods. Service is degrading day by day.
