Lazeez gold and guffa are two outlet from same owner this time I am unable to take food pic due to low battery leave here comes to food we had ordered chicken kasa mix veg panner butter masala mushroom spring roll paneer masla tatse was all are average not much good but not bad also we went on chatt day heavy rush less staff in kitchen high volume of order through online ...

Easily visible and good location. Ample parking space. Good food. Great price. Very good staff. Ambiance is nice, interior of restaurant is good. One problem is that the place is usually too crowded.

Good and spacious place. Washroom could have been more clean. Ambience was good.Need to be careful on billing. Cross check the bill before paying.

Food is average not so great. Place is peaceful but manager and staffs were so rude. They literally asked us to empty the table because we had finished our food and paid the bill and we were talking. Thousand time staff came n asked is your bill paid. N next to our table they were asking to each other this table order n billing is done. Also guests were sitting n staffs were cleaning the bulbs n putting ladder infront of every table n cleaning which was very inappropriate & disturbing. Worst and horrible experience. Thought I found a good place in patna but I was so wrong. Really disappointed with the management. Wish I could give negative star. Not worth going to these kind of place.

The experience was not good. The staff was not so good. They just wanted to make people sit on the other side that is the gufa area so that they can charge extra money. They generally serve half plate gravy item which has 2 piece but since we were sitting in the other area which they only asked, they were not serving half plate. I mean how ridiculous is that. U r serving half for one corner and full for the other corner. The food tasted a bit sour 😖 not good chicken tikka.

I ordered biryani with 3 leg piece chicken. Order delivered contain with 3 piece burnt small 2-3 days rotten type chicken piece with uncooked rice. Its smell was too bad and fouling. there was no one leg piece. I complain at zomato site but problem didn't gotresolved. AI were answering so and so meaninglessly. Very bad experience with lazeez gold 's service.

I ordered chicken masala biryani, by smell I ordered one more because that initiated my hunger but after tasting them it was like rice is just fried with onions and worst part is Chicken was not fresh, it was of 2-3 days old. I cancelled the next order, paid the bills for the worst one which was in front of me and left from there annoyed. Disgusting

Lockdown k baad order kiya paneer chily aur naan ...ekdum basi type bilkul thanda bekar sa taste....very disapointing.
